Free forever, no fees: A listing, your live menu and bookings cost $0. No fee per booking, per lead or per new client, and no commission. Not now, not later.
Deposits, $25 or 50%: The starter rule takes $25 from a new client for one set and half the booking for two or more services. Change it per service.
Cancellations: Free up to 24 hours before, 48 for anything two hours or longer. Inside that, half the booking; the deposit counts toward it.
Seats: Solo is one technician. Studio, Salon and House put every technician on one book with no charge per seat.
Cancel: Month to month. Cancel from settings; your clients and menu export as files.

Coming soon: taking deposits and no-show fees by card, and text reminders. Until then the slip shows them and you collect them your usual way.
